Who uses serviced offices?

Serviced offices have grown in popularity among businesses across all sectors and of all sizes. At Trim Street Bath, we see ourselves as an agile and cost-effective alternative to the traditional office lease. With a serviced office, you don’t have to commit capital to inflexible solutions, particularly in times when it’s difficult to plan real estate needs more than a few months in advance.

You might run a business providing professional services, work in the media, creative or construction space or perhaps you are a blue chip company looking to open regional hub-and-spoke offices as you adapt your portfolio to changing business demands. You might even be a solopreneur or two-man band looking to rent a desk in a shared space.

Renting a serviced office could well provide you with the flexibility, facilities and opportunity to remain agile and responsive to the changing landscape in which businesses are having to work.

Plug and play

Saving you time and money up-front

A simple license agreement

You won’t need to pay for a solicitor to check it over

Flexible terms

You won't be tied into the more rigid and longer terms typical of a traditional leasehold arrangement

Why should I consider a serviced office over a traditional office lease?

A serviced office has a number of benefits compared with a traditional or “conventional”  office lease. Firstly, our “plug and play” approach saves you time and money up-front, as our offices are furnished, connected to the internet and ready to move into immediately. We also have a fair wear and tear policy, so traditional dilapidation costs don’t apply at the end of the contract.

What’s more, you can rely on a serviced office to save you a few headaches along the way. At Trim Street Bath, our license agreement is so simple you won’t need to pay for a solicitor to check it over. You will also have peace of mind in the knowledge that we have robust cleaning and health and safety compliance measure in place.

Finally, we offer flexible, shorter options that don’t tie you into the more rigid and longer terms typical of a traditional leasehold arrangement. As a result, you’re under no obligation to commit to an office that may well no longer serve its purpose a few months or even a year or two down the line.

I don’t want to commit to a year-long contract; can I still get an office?

Yes! Typically our clients sign up for 12 month terms but we can offer options from several months plus. This allows you and your business to test the Trim Street Bath waters.
